Dr. Harry Wright is a double Board-certified, Fellowship-trained Facial Plastic Surgeon who has dedicated his career to aesthetic and reconstructive surgery of the face, head and neck. He earned his Medical Degree from the Medical College of Virginia where he was awarded a four-year full-tuition scholarship. His advanced training includes residency at the prestigious Vanderbilt University Medical Center (ranked a top 6 Head & Neck Surgery program by U.S. News and World Report) where he served as Chief Resident. Dr. Wright was then selected for a competitive Fellowship in Facial Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery with the American Academy of Facial Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery (AAFPRS).
Dr. Wright distinguishes himself with the highest pedigree a surgeon can attain to practice aesthetic surgery of the face, head and neck. His expertise includes rhinoplasty, revision rhinoplasty, laser skin rejuvenation, and otoplasty. He has published in dozens of textbooks and peer-reviewed journals.

Dr. Andrea Spellman is a Board-certified and Fellowship-trained Facial Plastic Surgeon with more than a decade of experience caring for patients and 7 years specializing exclusively in facial plastic and reconstructive surgery. Originally from Western New York’s “Grape Country,” she comes from a family rooted in vineyards and community — her grandfather grows grapes for Welch’s, and her aunt and uncle own a winery.
Dr. Spellman attended SUNY Fredonia, graduating Magna Cum Laude, and earned her medical degree from the Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine, where she was in the top 10% of her class and selected for the Sigma Sigma Phi Honor Society, which recognizes both academic excellence and dedication to community service. Desirée started practicing as a medical aesthetician at Wright Spellman Plastic Surgery in 2005. With over 15 years of experience in aesthetic skin care and advanced training and certification in multiple other areas of facial aesthetics and skin rejuvenation, Desirée is able to offer the full range of rejuvenation and aesthetic skin care services. She specialized in customized skin care treatments that are tailored to each client’s skin type and their specific treatment goals and lifestyles.
In partnership with Drs. Spellman and Wright, Desirée is able to prescribe rejuvenation therapies and skin care regimens that noticeably improve aged, sun damaged and acne-prone skin types, rosacea, birthmarks and hemangiomas as well as hair reduction. She has a large and loyal following that speaks to level of trust she instills in her clients. Her extensive academic background includes postgraduate training at the International Dermal Institute, as well as specialized training in micropigmentation. Desirée is a member of the Conventional & Cosmetic Tattoo Association and also a member of the National Society of Paramedical Esthetic Professionals. In her leisure Desirée enjoys yoga, surfing and walking on the beach.
